Voice AI Overview

The front page of the Voice AI hub — volume, talk time, spend, sentiment and alerts.

Overview is the front page of the Voice AI hub — your agent system at a glance. It answers the questions you have every morning: how many calls came in, how long we spent on the phone, what it cost, where callers are, and whether anything needs attention.

1. Getting to the page

Opening the Voice AI hub lands here by default, at …/voice/overview. It is the first item in the left navigation.

The header reads Overview"Your voice agent system at a glance."

2. The period toggle

Top right, three options:

PeriodCovers
TodayMidnight to now, broken down by hour.
This weekThe current week, broken down by day.
This monthThe current month, broken down by day.

Everything on the page — metrics, chart, breakdowns — follows the selected period.

3. The headline metrics

MetricWhat it is
CallsTotal calls in the period, inbound and outbound.
Talk timeTotal minutes spent on calls, shown as hours and minutes once it passes an hour.
Avg callAverage call length per conversation.
SpendWhat the period's calls cost, excluding minutes covered by your plan allowance.

"Excl. plan mins" matters. Spend is what you have paid beyond your included allowance, not the notional value of every minute. A month entirely inside your allowance shows a spend of $0.00 — that is correct, not a bug.

Inbound and outbound totals are shown separately alongside, so a quiet inbound day hidden behind a busy campaign is visible.

4. Call activity

A chart across the selected period showing, per bucket (hour or day):

  • Calls — volume.
  • Minutes — talk time.
  • Cost — spend.
  • Sentiment — positive, neutral and negative calls, stacked.

The sentiment split is what turns a volume chart into something worth reading: a spike in calls with a spike in negative sentiment is a different day from a spike in calls with a spike in positive.

5. Call locations

A globe plotting where your callers are, derived from their numbers. Useful for spotting a campaign dialling the wrong region, and for sanity-checking that the calling window you set matches where people actually are.

6. Alerts

System alerts appear here, each with a severity. These cover things that need a person: a wallet running low, a number that has stopped working, an agent erroring, an analysis backlog.

Alerts are informational on the Overview; the full alerts surface is administered by Sysevo.

7. Wallet and plan status

The page carries your current wallet balance and remaining plan minutes, with a link straight to top up. If auto-recharge is off and the balance is low, this is where you find out before a call fails rather than after.

Where a feature is not on your plan — campaigns on a free account, for example — the Overview shows an unlock panel in place of the section rather than a broken tile.
