Dashboard

Your morning view — call volume, leads, tasks, and what needs attention.

The Dashboard is the page you land on. It answers "what happened, and what needs me?" before you have clicked anything.

In this guide

  • Getting to the page
  • The greeting header
  • The three views
  • Overview: metrics and activity
  • Deep Analytics
  • Integrations
  • Quick actions
  • The onboarding state
  • Troubleshooting

1. Getting to the page

The Dashboard is the first item in the navigation and the default landing page after sign-in, at /client/dashboard. Inside an industry portal it sits at that portal's own prefix.

2. The greeting header

The header greets you by name and adapts to the time of day in your own timezone — not the server's. Underneath it, a line of context about the day.

Two live indicators sit on the right:

  • Active calls — a green pill appears when your agents are on the phone right now, with the count. Click through to Live Calls.
  • Notifications — the bell, with any unread count.

3. The three views

A segmented toggle switches between:

ViewWhat it holds
OverviewHeadline metrics, recent activity, quick actions.
Deep AnalyticsThe fuller analytics surface — trends, breakdowns, comparisons.
IntegrationsWhat is connected, what is not, and what to connect next.

4. Overview

Headline metrics

MetricWhat it counts
Total callsCalls handled in the period.
Successful callsCalls that reached a person and produced an outcome.
Success rateSuccessful calls as a percentage of total.

Alongside them: new leads, appointments booked, open tasks and anything overdue.

Recent activity — a feed of what has happened across the account: calls completed, leads created, appointments booked, forms submitted, payments received.

What needs attention — the things that are actually waiting on a person: leads in the review queue, overdue tasks, unresolved Guest Relations cases, and Call Actions awaiting approval.

5. Deep Analytics

A richer view over the same data: call volume over time, outcome and sentiment breakdowns, lead conversion, pipeline movement and revenue where you have Finance.

For a report you can shape, schedule and export, use Reports instead — the Dashboard is a fixed view, deliberately.

6. Integrations

Shows which external systems are connected — calendars, mailboxes, payment providers, telephony — and offers the next connection to make. A connection that has broken (an expired token, a revoked OAuth grant) shows here before it silently costs you a booking.

7. Quick actions

A row of one-click shortcuts to the things people do most: create a lead, book an appointment, start a campaign, open the Voice AI hub.

8. The onboarding state

A brand-new account sees a different Dashboard: Welcome to SYSEVO, with your setup progress rather than metrics you don't have yet.

Two variants:

  • "Your payment is being processed. Once confirmed, your AI agent setup will begin."
  • "Your AI agent is being set up. Track the progress below."

The build steps are listed with their status. Once your agents are live the Dashboard switches to its normal form on its own.
