Settings
Account, API keys, notifications, pipeline stages, stage emails, sending domain and company profile.

1. Getting to the page
Click the gear in the sidebar footer, or Settings in the Account section on mobile, at /client/settings. Tabs are deep-linkable: ?tab=company opens the Company Profile.
2. Account
- Primary contact name — who we contact about the account.
- Notes — your own account notes.
- Auto-sync — whether external data syncs automatically.
- Agent details — display name and timezone for your voice agents, and the list of agents on the account.
3. API
Create and manage API keys for the REST API and the MCP server.
A key is shown once, at creation. Copy it then; it cannot be retrieved later, only revoked and replaced.
REST API, MCP and API keys are included on every tier, legacy plans included.
4. Notifications
Per-channel preferences: in-app, browser push, mobile push and email — and which events each channel carries. Reminders, callbacks due, mentions, task assignments, approvals and system alerts are all configurable.
Push needs the device to be set up once; the portal prompts you.
5. Pipeline
Your pipeline stages: rename, reorder, add and remove. This is the single list behind the Pipeline board and the status filter on Leads, so a change lands in both.
6. Stage emails
Attach an email to a pipeline stage, sent automatically when a deal reaches it. Stage emails use your templates and your verified sending domain.
7. Email — sending domains
Verify a domain to send bulk mail from your own brand rather than a shared address. The tab shows the DNS records to add and verifies them for you.
Until a domain is verified:
- Campaigns can be built but will not send.
- Sequences can be built and enrolled, but every step sits waiting.
- Stage emails and scheduled reports will not go out.
The page says so up front rather than queueing mail that will never leave.
Custom sending domains are Growth and above.
8. Company Profile
Who you are, what you sell, how you work, your differentiators and your proof points.
The Company Profile lives here — beside the branding that styles what it generates — and is the source for Proposals and, with your services catalogue, Quotes.
This is the highest-leverage page in Settings. A thin profile produces generic proposals, and no amount of editing downstream fixes that.
9. Which tabs you see
Tabs depend on your plan and your role, so no account is shown a tab it cannot use:
| Tab | Needs |
|---|---|
| Account | — |
| API | — |
| Notifications | — |
| Pipeline | CRM plan |
| Stage emails | CRM plan |
| Growth and above | |
| Company Profile | Launch and above |
A ?tab= link to a tab your account does not have falls back to Account rather than rendering an empty page.
10. Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A tab is missing | Your plan or role does not include it | See the table above |
| I lost an API key | Keys are shown once | Revoke it and create another |
| Domain verification is failing | DNS has not propagated, or a record is wrong | Re-check the records; propagation can take hours |
| Notifications aren't arriving | The channel is off, or push was never enabled on this device | Notifications tab |
| Renaming a stage broke a saved filter | Filters follow the stage list | Reselect the stage in the filter |
| Proposals read generically | The company profile is thin | Company Profile tab |
