Reports
Build, customise, export and schedule reports from 24 widgets.
Reports lets you build, customise, export and schedule your own reports — a drag-and-drop canvas of widgets over your real data.
On Launch you get a fixed 12-section standard report. Growth and above unlocks the full 24-section custom builder, saved reports and scheduled delivery.

1. Getting to the page
Click Reports in the Docs section, at /client/reports. The header reads "Build, customise, export and schedule your own reports."
2. The standard report
On Launch, Reports shows a fixed twelve-section report you cannot rearrange:
Key metrics · Calls over time · Call outcomes · Lead quality · Leads over time · Pipeline by stage · Tasks · Revenue & costs · Lead conversion · Appointments & bookings · Lead sources · Recent leads
It is still exportable and still respects the date range.
3. Building a custom report
On Growth and above, click Edit to enter the builder. Add widgets, drag to reorder, resize between one and two columns, and remove what you don't need. Give the report a name and save.
4. The widget library
Twenty-four widgets in six groups.
Overview
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Key metrics | Total calls, leads, appointments, success rate, average duration. |
Calls
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Calls over time | Volume across the range. |
| Call duration | Calls bucketed by length. |
| Call outcomes | Distribution across dispositions. |
| Sentiment | Caller sentiment breakdown. |
| Top intents | What callers most often wanted. |
| Call quality | Pickup rate, valuable calls, success rate, average duration. |
Leads & Pipeline
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Lead quality | Hot / warm / cold distribution. |
| Leads over time | New leads across the range. |
| Pipeline by stage | Deal count and value per stage. |
| Lead conversion | The funnel from lead to close. |
| Lead sources | Where leads came from. |
| Recent leads | The latest, as a table. |
| Appointments & bookings | Booked, attended and no-show. |
| Business activity | Overall activity volume. |
Tasks
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Tasks | To do, in progress, done, overdue. |
| Task breakdown | The same, as a chart. |
Finance
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue & costs | Revenue, costs, profit and margin. |
| Revenue vs costs trend | Both across the range. |
| Profit margin | Margin over time. |
| Revenue by category | Where revenue comes from. |
| Recent appointments | The latest, as a table. |
Layout
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Divider | A horizontal rule. |
| Text / heading | Your own commentary — context a chart cannot carry. |
5. Layout
Each widget is one or two columns wide. Drag the handle to reorder, use the resize control to span, and the trash icon to remove. Layout is saved with the report.
6. Date ranges
Today · 7d · 30d · 90d · Month. Every widget follows the selection.
7. Saving multiple reports
Growth and above can save as many named reports as you like — a weekly sales review, a monthly board pack, an ops dashboard — and switch between them.
8. Exporting
Three formats:
| Format | Good for |
|---|---|
| Sending to someone. Renders the report as it appears. | |
| CSV | One flat file. |
| XLSX | A workbook with a sheet per widget. |
Every data widget declares its own rows and headers, so exports carry the real numbers rather than a picture of them.
9. Scheduling
Growth and above can have a report emailed automatically.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Cadence | Daily · Weekly · Monthly · Quarterly |
| Time | The time of day it runs. |
| Day | Day of week for weekly; day of month for monthly and quarterly. |
| Recipients | Any number of email addresses — they do not need Sysevo logins. |
The next run is shown when you save. Disabling a schedule keeps the report.
10. Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| I can't edit the report | Launch gets the fixed 12-section report | See Plans & Subscriptions |
| A widget is empty | No data in the range | Widen the range |
| Finance widgets are blank | Finance is Command-only | Payments data still shows |
| A scheduled report didn't arrive | No verified sending domain, or the schedule is disabled | Settings → Email |
| PDF layout differs from screen | The PDF renders at a fixed width | Use two-column widgets for wide charts |
