Calendar & Booking
Appointments, calendar sync, booking links, booking rules and agent booking.
The Calendar holds your appointments and meetings; booking links are shareable pages where anyone — a customer, a prospect, or your voice agent — can book time on them. Together they are how a conversation becomes a slot in a diary without anyone typing it in.

1. Getting to the page
Click Calendar in the CRM section, at /client/calendar. Booking links is its own page at /client/booking-links.
2. Views
Day · Week · Month · List, plus Today, and Upcoming / Past in list view.
Appointments show the time, the person, and whether the meeting is virtual. Where several overlap, the cell shows the count and opens all of them.
3. Creating an appointment
New Event takes:
- Title and description
- Date and time, or All day
- Duration
- Attendees
- A linked lead or contact
- Location, or a virtual meeting link
- A repeat rule
An appointment created from a lead carries the link automatically, so it appears on that lead's timeline.
4. External calendar sync
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar on every plan. Once connected:
- Your existing events appear here and block availability.
- Appointments booked in Sysevo appear in your external calendar.
- Cancellations propagate both ways.
Connect a calendar in Settings → Integrations.
Sync is what makes booking links safe. Without it, a booking page will happily offer a slot you are already busy in.
5. Booking links
A booking link is a public page for one bookable thing — "30-minute intro call", "site survey", "first consultation".
Each link has:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | What the booking is for. |
| Slug | The public URL: /book/<slug>. |
| Duration | How long the appointment is. |
| Calendars | Which calendars are checked for availability, and where the booking lands. |
The list shows each link as duration · calendar count · /book/slug, with Copy link and Open.
6. The public booking page
Anyone with the link sees your real availability, picks a slot, and enters their details. On submit:
- The appointment is created on the chosen calendar.
- A lead or contact is created or matched.
- Confirmations go out to both sides.
- It syncs to your external calendar.
The page carries your branding.
7. Booking rules and business hours
Under booking settings:
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Business hours | The days and times you are bookable, per weekday. Any day can be Closed, and Apply to all copies one day across the week. |
| Timezone | The zone times are interpreted and presented in. |
| Allowed durations | Which lengths can be booked — 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes and up. |
| Default duration | What is pre-selected. |
| Buffer between appointments | None, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours. |
| Max advance booking | How far ahead someone may book — 1 week to 1 year. |
Business hours here are inbound availability. They are a different setting from the outbound calling window, which governs when your agents may place calls.
8. Round-robin and collective booking
Available on every plan:
- Round-robin — the booking goes to whoever on the team is free, distributing fairly.
- Collective — only slots where everyone required is free are offered.
Pick the mode per booking link.
9. Agent calendar booking
Your voice agents can check real-time availability and book straight into the calendar during a call. Enable Agent Calendar Booking in the booking settings; the agent then honours the same business hours, durations, buffers and advance limit as the public page.
This is what turns "I'll get someone to call you back to arrange it" into an appointment booked on the call.
10. Reminders and no-shows
Appointment reminders go out ahead of the slot by email, and by voice where you have an appointment-reminder agent — reducing no-shows is the entire job of the Appointment Setter & Reminder agent built on Growth and above.
No-shows can be marked on the appointment, and are reportable in Reports.
11. Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A booking page offered a busy slot | The external calendar isn't connected | Connect it in Settings → Integrations |
| No slots are offered at all | Business hours are closed, or the advance limit is too short | Check booking settings |
| Bookings land in the wrong calendar | The link is pointed at another calendar | Edit the link |
| The agent won't book on a call | Agent Calendar Booking is off | Enable it in booking settings |
| Times are wrong for the customer | The booking timezone is not set | Set it in booking settings |
| Double bookings | Two links share a calendar with no buffer | Add a buffer |
