Pipeline

Your deals as a board — stages, automations, stage emails and forecasting.

The Pipeline is your deals as a board: a column per stage, a card per deal, drag to move. It is the same data as Leads shown the way a sales team actually works it.

1. Getting to the page

Click Pipeline in the CRM section, at /client/pipeline. The subtitle tells you what to do: drag and drop.

2. The board

One column per stage, left to right in your own order. Each column header shows its name, the number of deals in it, and the total value where deals carry an amount.

On desktop the board scrolls horizontally with arrows; on mobile it becomes a swipeable set of columns.

3. Stages

The default stages are:

New · Contacted · Qualified · Callback · Appointment Scheduled · Closed Won · Closed Lost

They are not fixed. In Settings → Pipeline you can rename, reorder, add and remove stages. Because Leads reads its status filter from the same list, a change here is reflected everywhere.

4. Cards

Each card shows the contact, the value, the owner, the priority, and the age in stage. Clicking opens the full record — the same detail view as a lead, with Overview, Call Analysis, Pipeline history and Activity.

5. Moving a deal

Drag a card to another column. That:

  • Updates the deal's status everywhere.
  • Records the move on its Pipeline history with who moved it and when.
  • Fires any automation attached to the destination stage.

6. Stage automations and stage emails

A stage can carry actions that run when a deal arrives:

  • Stage emails — send a specific email when a deal reaches this stage. Configured under Settings → Stage emails.
  • Task creation — raise a task for the owner.
  • Notifications — tell someone.

Stage automations are available from Growth; the Forms and automations line in the plan comparison is the same capability.

Automations mean stage moves are not just bookkeeping. Moving to Qualified can send the qualification email and raise the follow-up task at once.

7. Values and forecasting

A deal can carry a value and a close date. The board totals each column, and Reports has a Pipeline by stage widget. On Command, Finance adds cash-flow and forecasting over the same data.

8. Filtering

Filter by owner, priority, source and date, and search by name, email or phone. The board keeps your filter as you move around.
