Proposals

AI-generated proposals from your company profile, with live links and analytics.

Proposals generates a full client proposal from your company profile and a short brief, publishes it as a branded live link, tracks who reads it, and exports to PDF.

Proposals are Launch and above. Generation spends proposal credits.

1. Getting to the page

Click Proposals in the Tools section, at /client/proposals. The subtitle notes what it draws on: "Generated from your Company Profile."

2. The company profile

Everything generated here comes from your Company Profile, which lives in Settings → Company Profile — beside the branding that styles what it produces.

The profile holds who you are, what you sell, how you work, your differentiators and your proof points. Fill it in properly before generating anything. A thin profile produces a generic proposal, and the fix is upstream rather than in the editor.

3. Creating a proposal

Create Proposal takes two sections:

Client details

  • Client name — e.g. Acme Corp
  • Industry — e.g. E-commerce, Healthcare

Proposal brief — what this proposal is for, in your own words: the problem, the scope, anything to emphasise or avoid.

The generator then writes a structured, multi-section proposal against your company profile.

4. Language

Set the proposal language before generating. English and Spanish are supported, and the choice produces a fully native proposal — the live link and the PDF included — rather than a translation of an English original.

Switch the language before generating, not after.

5. Editing the generated content

The content editor lets you edit text, reorder sections, and add or remove content blocks. The generated draft is a starting point, not a finished document: read it, cut what does not apply, and add the specifics only you know.

Save Draft keeps it private. Save & Publish puts it at a public link you can copy and send.

The live link is branded, works on any device, and can be unpublished at any time — which immediately stops it being reachable.

7. Password protection

A proposal can carry a password. Leave the field empty for public access; set one and the reader is asked for it before the proposal renders.

8. Analytics

Every published proposal tracks views — how many times it has been opened, and when. The analytics view goes further: which sections were read, and how long was spent on each.

That tells you which part of your proposal your prospect actually cared about before you get on the follow-up call.

9. PDF export

Download PDF renders the proposal as a branded document for anyone who wants a file rather than a link.

10. Proposal credits

Generation spends proposal credits, a separate bucket from lead credits so that sourcing a large list cannot silently consume the month's proposals.

  • Your plan grants an allowance at the start of each cycle. It is reset, not topped up — unspent credits do not roll over.
  • Purchased credits do not expire and are spent only once the plan bucket is empty.
  • There is an overage cap per cycle. Beyond both buckets and the cap, generation is refused rather than billed without limit — a runaway script or a loop is caught the same day rather than at the invoice.

Editing, publishing and exporting cost nothing. Only generation spends a credit.
